Once the full payment of your grill is made and you recive it by one of our
HouseOfGrillz staff members or expediting agencies who work for
UPS,USPS,FEDX,DHL,ect upon the release of your signature once given to you at
your home front,side,back-door or apartment complex in parking lot or any public/
private locations are directly put into your hands by the driver/courier/
HouseOfGrillz staff there are no refunds. If your grill/grillz dont fit properly
because you didn’t do the mold correctly or slightly moved your mouth while
taking the mold’s or you opted out from a HouseOfGrillz representative helping
you through FaceTime,Zoom, WhatsApp,or any other Social application platform’s
that will allow you to do video calls we will redo the grill for 30% off the purchase
price of the grill for the repair fee and you will also have to pay the fee for a new
mold plus shipping. If we take your mold and your grill/grillz don’t fit because of a
bad mold or bad casting on our part we will redo your grill/grillz free of charge.
